Consumer information on extrajudicial online dispute resolution and the consumer arbitration board

If and where manufacturer guarantees exist between us, Wentronic GmbH, and consumers, we are bound by the following information:

1. The European Commission provides a platform for extrajudicial online dispute resolution (called the ODR platform), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

2. In the field of manufacturer guarantees, we are obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and we are willing to participate.
